How many times have you reached a brick wall when it comes to making improvements with your team, your processes and your customers? While continuous improvement should be at the fundamentals of a strong performing process or system, sometimes there is only so far you can go before you radically change how you do things. As a strategy that could absolutely be the right thing to, as once you have done things better, through continuous improvement, then it’s time to do better things. That usually comes in the guise of systemisation or automation. This can be costly and sometimes it’s hard to see where the Return on Investment will come.

So my question to you is – Have you truly exhausted all avenues for continuous improvement?
