When you answer the phone to a prospect / client / supplier, you are marketing your’s and the business’s professionalism. When you are networking, you are representing your business (AND your CEO / Business Owner),which in turn is marketing. When you are collaborating with your team mates and colleagues, you are marketing yourself. In fact, when you engage with anyone, through any means, you are marketing yourself and the business.
Enter Branding
Branding is much more than just a fancy logo and brochure. Branding defines your morals, ethics and in turn dictates how you act in your business and certainly when you represent your business or manager at any event.
